How much is postage and packaging?


  • Delivery costs £4.95. For orders over £100 delivery is free of charge. 

  • Your item will be delivered within 3 days


  • Delivery costs £9.95

  • Your item will be delivered within 10 days

Where do you deliver to?

 We deliver to the all of the UK. We also deliver to Europe, USA, Canada and Australia. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to any other regions currently.

Can I amend an order?

Yes, providing your order has not yet been dispatched. Just get in touch by emailing us your order number and the amendment and we will amend accordingly.

Where is my order? 
Delivery is fully tracked, once your order has been shipped we will email your tracking code so you can check its location. If you have not received your order within the expected time then please drop us an email.
When will my order arrive?

Your order should take roughly -

 - 2 working days to Western Europe

 - 4 working days to Eastern Europe

 - 6 working days to the Rest of the World

 Please get in touch if you have not received your order within this time frame.

Do I need to sign for my order?

You will need to sign for your order so please ensure somebody is around to take the delivery to avoid disappointment.

If you are not available to take delivery, the carrier a delivery card advising if your parcel has been delivered to safe location, left with a neighbour or how you can arrange collection.

Can you resize an item for me?

Please get in touch if one of the rings isn't in your size. I can let you know if the ring is sizeable. You can then adjust the size with a local jeweller or goldsmith. Please do get in touch should you want this done before it's sent out. We will need the payment upfront and for some of the rings there can be a small charge.
If I am ordering from abroad will I need to pay additional taxes and duty?
If you are ordering from outside the EU you may be liable to pay import duty and taxes. We are not liable for these taxes and you will be required to pay them. Please check with your local authority for further details.
